To our ears at least
Karen Peris has a voice to charm the angels from the heavens.
Together with her husband Don the pair go by the name of the
Innocence Mission and have over a couple of luscious albums
beguiled a small but knowing audience. Their latest (as in
Christmas 2011) was a free 7 track EP containing Christmas songs
that you should really embrace. But be careful as the fragile
beauties such as 'O Little Town of Bethlehem' must be handled with
care as the Peris' go about their business with all the grace and
pristine beauty of a falling snowflake.
