This song was originally released by Bing Crosby in 1971 for an album of the same name 'A Time To Be Jolly'. The LP subsequently emerged on a CD reissue in 1995, this time retitled 'Bing Crosby's Christmas Album' and with different artwork (much less aesthetically pleasing it must be said). 'A Time To Be Jolly' has received little of the attention that most of Bing's Christmas treats have, which is a shame because it is a loose-limbed crimbo delight. Slightly jazzy in its execution it may prove hard to resist for even the shyest of mulled wine infused dancers.
