Bad Christmas Songs

Because songs are open to interpretation, not everyone will agree on a label such as this. In order to deem a song as 'bad' we must take into consideration the most common opinion of the song in question. These songs are thought of as bad because they are lyrically bad or just downright annoying. 

Some of these typical annoying Christmas songs are more aimed at children rather than adults. Most adults cringe at the thought of listening to the immature song,"All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth". Although children typically like songs such as this, most people would say that this is a bad Christmas song. Other annoyingly bad holiday songs include, "I'm Gettin' Nothin' For Christmas" and "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer".

Other bad Christmas songs have been recorded by popular artist in order to capitalize on the Christmas season. The Smashing Pumpkins came out with their holiday song, "Christmastime", which shocked fans because of the surprising style that they chose. Other bad songs by popular artists include, "8 Days Of Christmas", by Destiny's Child, Cyndi Lauper's "Christmas Conga" and No Doubt's "Oi To The World".

Although there are those who do not enjoy these songs, there are other people who love and listen to these songs year after year. Taste is subject to personal opinion and can never be truly defined.
